Company now has the advanced manufacturing process of steel plate stamping, profiled bar wheel forming, roll-type wheel forming, wheel rim forming, variable cross section of spoke, and intension spinning, etc; adopts the most advanced cathode electrophoresis coating technology;widely applies the advanced technology of CSD, CAPP, and three finite element analysis, etc.into product development and design.With the help of world product testing level, Company is able to finish the whole working procedures from development of series products, design and manufacture of mould/ die, contimuous production and testing.
